Heather Rose Gin

Strathearn gin is produced using vapour infusion on their 500 litre pot still with a botanical basket. Once distilled, this base gin is compounded with additional delicate botanicals to add more flavour and sometimes colour. Each of Strathearn’s gins is truly hand-crafted and small batch with only 280 bottles in a run. They are distilled with passion, crafted with skill and bottled with pride. This smooth and gentle spirit is a move away from the traditional dry gin. The combination of rose and heather gives light floral notes and a Prosecco character. With the addition of tonic, the colour changes to a delicate pink and a waft of rose scent is released. Floral and light, sweet yet spicy.
