Heather Hills Blackcurrant Jam

At Heather Hills Farm, we believe in creating award-winning, handcrafted, luxury preserves whilst ensuring the survival of the honey bee and their essential work in pollinating the world’s food crops. Only the finest local, Perthshire blackcurrants – pollinated by our own bees – are specially selected. Gently stirred in small batches in traditional open pans with cane sugar, they are lovingly hand-crafted into a luxurious fruit preserve bursting with whole, luscious, tangy fruit and intense flavour. Perfect on toast, spooned over ice cream or for making a deliciously sumptious blackcurrant sauce for venison.
