Quirky and unique, this Rhubarb infusion is created using our special Scottish gin combined with fresh local Rhubarb gathered from the Angus and Perthshire countryside. Gin Bothy Rhubarb is a small batch rich liqueur bursting with natural flavours and great neat on ice or with Rhubarb and Apple juice to create a Rhubarb Mule.  For a little fizz, serve with apple juice or Prosecco/Champagne.
