An authentic, traditional style Kimchi that remains true to Korea's national dish. We use a mixture of Chinese leaf cabbage, daikon radish, carrot and spring onion together with a secret spice blend to bring you a kimchi that is rich, complex and spicy with a subtle smokiness and moreish umami tastes developed over a week long wild ferment. Gluten free

Ingredients: Chinese Leaf Cabbage, Water, Daikon (Chinese Radish), Spring Onion, Sea Salt, Carrot, Onion, Fish Sauce (Anchovy (Fish) Extract, Salt, Sugar), Gochugaru (Chilli Flakes), Garlic, Salted Shrimp (Crustaceans), Unrefined Cane Sugar, Ginger, Glutinous Rice Flour
