Christmas Hampers – Ordering, Collection & Delivery Information

Our Christmas Hampers are now available to order!
Each one is packed by hand in the deli and filled with bespoke, carefully curated products chosen especially for the festive season. To help everything run smoothly during this busy period, please take a moment to read the information below before placing your order.

How to Order
• All hampers can be ordered online, in-store, or by phone. We know some of you like to email in orders, please note whilst we are very happy to receive email orders, we get very busy in the run up to Christmas and would ask that you ensure your order is confirmed back to you by our team. Please call the shop to make sure your order is received on 01738 587 300.
• We have an excellent selection of curated boxed hampers ready to go from £37 and lovely Provender Brown jute bag gifts from £25. These hampers are also available to buy in the shop from 1st December.
• If you’d like to create your own bespoke hamper, you can do so easily using our online tool here: Create Your Own Hamper.
• We strongly recommend ordering online wherever possible to beat the queues, especially during the final week before Christmas.
• Our team is always happy to help on the shop floor if you’d prefer to build your hamper in person.

Preparation Time
• Please allow 2 working days for preparation.
• We will contact you as soon as your hamper is ready.

Click & Collect
• Collections are from Provender Brown Deli, 23 George Street, Perth.
• We recommend placing orders early and selecting a collection date to avoid queues.
• When you arrive, simply give us your name or order number and we’ll bring your hamper to you.
• If you choose from our selection of curated boxed hampers on our website those will be dispatched the following day Monday to Saturday by Royal Mail.

Local Delivery (Perth Area)
• We offer local delivery within the Perth area on selected dates throughout December, we aim for 2 delivery days each week for local orders, usually this will be Mondays and Thursdays.
• Delivery charges apply £6.99, for all delivery options.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as hampers cannot be left unattended due to their perishable contents. Any hampers containing alcohol will only be left with a person over the age of 18 in line with Scottish Government regulations for Challenge 25.

UK Shipping
• All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail.
• The final posting date for fresh hampers is 18th December.
• Alcohol-containing hampers require someone over 18 to sign for the parcel.

Allergies & Substitutions
• Hampers may contain allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, celery, mustard, eggs and soya.
• Please contact us before ordering if you have specific dietary requirements.
• On rare occasions, if an item becomes unavailable, we may substitute with a product of equal or higher value.

Gift Messages
• You can add a personalised message at checkout, and we’ll include it with your hamper at no extra charge.
