28% wild boar meat, 24% pork meat, 20% pork liver, pork fat, milk, meat broth (water, salt, glucose syrup, beef extract, natural flavourings, hydrolysed vegetable protein, starch, spices), red wine, egg, rice flour, nitrite curing salt (salt, preservative: E250), aroma, sugar, spices, vinegar, natural flavor, food acid: E262; antioxidant: E300, E330; glucose syrup, vegetable fiber, dextrose, garlic powder. Produced in a factory where other poultry and game, barley, mustard, nut, rye, celery, soy, sulphite and wheat are processed. Allergens: see ingredients highlighted.. Because this product was manufactured with shot game meat , it may contain traces of metal.


Sliced/cut to order. Weights are approximate and may vary by +/- 10%. All deli meats will be sliced medium thick as appropriate to the product, ie medium sliced air-dried ham will be significantly thinner than medium sliced cooked ham. If your requirement varies from this, please leave a note at checkout, e.g. slice for cubing.
