Wasted Degrees Perthshire Cider

The fifth vintage Perthshire cider from Wasted Degrees, created in collaboration with the brewery's community.::::This is a traditional, dry & tart cider, a flavour of untold apple & pear varieties and wild yeast. Fresh, locally grown fruit, pulped using renewable power and fermented on the wild yeasts present on the skin of the fruit.::::The pulp was fed to local cattle and pigs, no nutritional value wasted.::::Thank you to everyone who contributed. 4.2 tonnes of fruit saved and you earned yourselves beer & cider in the process.::::FRUIT HARVESTED FROM TREES IN:::::Blair Atholl Pitlochry Glen Fender Aberfeldy Kinnaird Ballinluig Moulin Bridge of Tilt Dunkeld Rannoch Strathtay Donavourd Bridge of Cally Dalguise Wester Camghouran Perth Carse of Gowrie Bankfoot Kindallachan Luncarty Kinross Edradour Scone and from friends elsewhere in Scotland::::Over the last five years, 13 tonnes of fresh-but-surplus local fruit has been saved by the brewery's community.::::Alc. 5.4% Vol.::::Store Cold.
