Prosecco, Treviso DOC, Brut, Dal Bello: Dal Bello are a small family owned 35ha artisan winery based in the foothills of Treviso. They are a certified sustainable grower and producer. The style of their Prosecco dry and clean, lovely mousse and refreshing hints of apple and pear fruit. 11% abv. Zuri, Rioja, Blanco, Luberri, 2019: A small family winery based in the Rioja Alavesa region. Florentino Martínez Monje started the business and has steadily grown it over the last 30+ years. His daughters Laura and Miren now play a crucial role in continuing his pioneering work. Zuri is made from 100% Viura grapes, no oak, clean, dry refreshing with hints of apple and white flower aromas. Long Beach, Chenin Blanc, Robertson, 2019: The Robertson Winery was established in 1941. In 1953 The Robertson Beach was a place for all townsfolk to gather, share the weeks stories, swim in the Breede River. Full-bodied with distinct varietal flavours, tropical fruits, fresh figs. Dry, soft, slightly creamy with a crisp clean finish. Saint Max, Rosé, Côtes de Provence, 2019: A dazzling new rosé from Provence, made by the famous Abeille-Fabre family. The grape blend in Saint Max; 60% Grenache, 25% Cinsault, 8% Syrah and 7% Carignan. Fermentation was done in stainless steel, no malolactic fermentation resulting in a juicy rosé, deliciously refreshing with a delicate fruit character. Familia Cassone, Finca La Florencia, Malbec, 2018: The Cassone family first arrived in Argentina from Piedmont in the 19th century. The majority of the vineyards are 90 years old and are located in the prime Drummond area of Luján de Cuyo in Southwest Mendoza, 950 metres above sea level. La Florencia Malbec is Intense with red fruit aromas with delicate touches of spice and pepper. On the palate, plummy soft and ripe tannins let you enjoy a long-lasting and rich finish. Long Beach, Pinotage, Robertson, 2018: A juicy style of Pinotage, well balanced, showing great depth of fruit flavour, rich black cherry, cassis, plum and mature strawberries all countered with crisp acidity. There is a touch of black spice and dark chocolate on the finish. Great with Haggis.
