Mark Sargeant’s favourite Pâté (formerly head chef at Gordon Ramsay’s Michelin starred restaurant at Claridge’s in London). Pale buff rippled, black pepper studded, firm, semi-smooth, melt-in-the-mouth creamy textured, with rich oily smoked oak flavour, citrus-freshened with zesty fragrance of lime. These products are frozen when leaving us and will arrive to you chilled, allowing you to freeze on arrival or keep in fridge.
