Inverawe Smoked Duck Breast

Inverawe sliced smoked duck breast is an incredibly moreish treat. Subtly smoked and gently roasted with garlic and thyme, it is simply superb. A favourite way of serving this is with slices of ripe pear and a sprinkle of crumbled stilton, but it lends itself to so many beautiful dishes you'll just have to keep trying more.
