Caravaglio Capers in Olive Oil
The volcanic island of Salina is home to Sicily's best capers and Nino Caravaglio offers a select range of caper products. The flower buds of the caper plant are harvested by hand from May to August and are classified by thickness. The 'cucunci' are flower buds left to mature and are harvested as caper fruits.
