Campanini Arborio Rice

Arborio's very large grain size means that the external layer cooks more rapidly than the centre, leaving the kernel firm. Recommended for flans and creamy rice dishes. Vacuum packed and boxed in an attractive coloured box. Since 1933, Riseria Campanini has been carefully selecting only the very best rice from the traditional rice-growing regions of Lombardy, Veneto and Elimia in northern Italy. The company's method of separately storing the produce harvested from each individual farm for processing distinguishes it from other operators. This method means that every grain in every packet of rice is derived from the same individual farm, guaranteeing traceability. Traditional processing of the rice, without the use of any chemical treatment, means that all of the natural characteristics are retained. Riseia Campanini holds IFS, BIO (organic) and KOSHER certification.
