The fifth release in the Seven Sons range, and our second Blended Malt. Matured in a re-fill, sherry seasoned, Hogshead.::::Aged 10 years, 5cl, 46.7% vol::::No chill filtration. Natural colour.::::Appearance: Deep Golden::Nose: Custard tart, riesling, porridge and honey::Palate: Sweet custard, banana, light citrus, hay, walnut and a bitter oak spice. Water works well here.::Finish: Medium to long, drying with the oak spice lingering and an acidic sweetness.
