Inverawe Smoked Salmon Mousse with Caviar

Individual pots of luscious, delicate, smoked salmon mousse laced with bubbles of trout caviar. Makes an easy but stunning starter for grand dining. Everyone will love them. To serve, just add garnish, light melba toast or French bread.

Ingredients: Smoked Fish (Salmon, Trout, Salt, Oak Smoke) (47%), Crème Fraiche (Milk), Lemon Juice, Fish Gelatine (Fish), Trout Caviar (Fish), Dill.
