Available in either trout or lumpfish.

The trout caviar has the most wonderful, delicate taste of the sea and is delicious as part of a recipe or just on its own, perhaps with a squeeze of lemon for extra zing. It's hard to resist using it on canapés or in omelettes, especially with its bright orange, jewel-like appearance.

Lumpfish caviar is black and has a stronger, fishier taste than trout caviar and is delectable on blinis with crème fraîche. Try it to accompany a range of appetizers, or add it to pasta sauces and even omelettes. Serving caviar is a great way to brighten a number of starters and even main dishes.
