British Cassis

Crafted with blackcurrants grown on the Hilditch family farm in Herefordshire, this natural liqueur is rich and full bodied. It has a fruity yet sharp flavour, the burst of blackcurrant imbued with a hint of sweetness. 

The family use a technique similar to winemaking in order to perfectly capture the intensity of freshly picked British blackcurrants. Once the blackcurrant juice has fermented naturally with champagne yeast, it is blended with a little vodka to fortify and sugar is added to bring out the rich fruity flavour.

A delicious aperitif or the perfect complement to champagne or prosecco, cocktails and desserts.
